Southwest Angelic Design Project

Exterior:  The Angels chose these adjacent town homes pictured above. As a result of active dual entries, mountain effect support and dual waterfall effect with the stairwells, #115 acts as exquisite support for incoming money flow for the two properties. This property of the two purchased was the most challenging because it attracts the money flow and moves it down through the inner stairwell nourishing #114, the 2nd property. #114 receives the abundance money energy flowing down into the position of “youngest daughter” and flows it back up to #115. The two properties continue to flow together making them floor plans which flow with abundance.

The position of the town homes within the development also had to be evaluated for the most optimum energy outcome for my client and the future return on her investments. 

These town home floor plans have dual entries which can be problematic to keep the money flow holding and staying in one's life. Because the neighbors' town homes face the front doors so closely, this actually created a supportive "mountain effect " when entering from the garage. Both the front door and garage entries have financial support from behind.

Interior:  The Interiors of Angelic Design reflect the inner states of your body, mind and soul. Each interior sector has meaningful dynamics as to the functioning of spiritual chakras of energy as well as a physical areas in the body. In a pre-construction the option of choosing colors and materials that resonate with the home's chakras to transform any type of challenges is the ultimate customization.

This specific area is the floor plan mid center. It represents the health and unity in one's life. This sector was especially important because my client's residence in another state was missing this health sector. Sure enough, after being hospitalized, she had endured a year of health challenges. So when it came to building these 2 town homes the area of focus was on the health area. I was advised by the Angels to select golden colors for the granite countertops, earth tones for the floor tile and to square out the middle island (originally it was rounded) to center health and unity. My client had experienced a divorce, so even the materials in the countertops were evaluated to ensure proper support in their vibration since this area also represented unity. Thankfully in this floor plan the oven and stove were in an optimum position.

A challenge this floor plan presented was the stairwells. Since there were 3 stories in each town home, these particular stairwells actually acted like waterfalls. The problem was they carried the money flow down too quickly throughout each floor moving erratically which created a feeling of instability. This stairwell lot #115 actually hurled the waterfall onto the 2nd property. We made adjustments later to stabilize this catapulting overflow since the water was already the dominating element in the whole development.

Material composed with a Matrix of 93% blue and white Quartz granite was chosen to uplift and stabilize all the water energy coming in from the money flow portal. The original master bathroom floor plan called for 2 round sinks which creates a drowning effect on both properties. One large square sink was chosen to hold a money flow balance.

These were some of the energetic adjustments the Angels suggested for the 2 town homes. The shower curtains needed to be something growing upward in design to compensate for all the downward flow of water. One of the Love and Peace stone squares were each placed at the bottom of the waterfall staircases for stability.

Bamboo was placed in both sectors representing personal wishes. This also strengthened the physical area of the liver which proved to be important. 

Results:  This Angelic Design proved successful as #115 the yin money gate of energy flow rented for the highest amount compared to other town homes in the development. The Angels told my client that a successful female would be coming forward as a renter for #115. This proved to be true and the tenant signed a lease for 2 years at a rent the investor was very pleased with. We were also told that the floor plan the Angels advised for my client was by far the top selling in the whole development. Consumers do indeed respond to functional positive energetics of a good floor plan!
